2012 HolidayMan Registration is Open!

Team or Individual Registration

You may register as an individual in an age group or as either a Clydesdale (male over 200 lbs) or Athena (female over 150 lbs). If you are not a member of the USAT, there is an additional $12 (Adult) or $15 (Youth) fee to enter the HolidayMan 2012. Please see the Entry Fees section of this page for more information regarding fees. If you are registering as a team, it is not necessary for your team members to belong to the USAT.  Teams consist of a minimum of two people and a maximum of three people.The entry fee is a flat fee.  

Preferred Parking

There are a limited number of preferred parking spaces available. The fee for a preferred parking space is $8.00. You may purchase up to 3 parking passes maximum. Parking passes will be mailed to participants two weeks prior to the event.

Entry Fees

Individual: $65 (USA Triathlon Member). You must be a USA Triathlon member or purchase a one-day USA Triathlon license to participate in this event.  Non-USA Triathlon Adults must pay an additional $12 for a one-day USA Triathlon license and Non-USA Triathlon Youth must pay an additional $15 for a one day USA Triathlon license.  USA Triathlon members who do not present their card and photo i.d. at packet pick-up or race day registration, will be required to pay $12 (Adult) or $15 (Youth) for the one-day USA Triathlon license-NO EXCEPTIONS!

Team Entry Fee: $100.00 (Teams consist of two or more people and no more than three people who will each complete a specific leg of the event)

Refund Policy

There are no refunds provided for this event. The Illinois Valley Triathlon Club may cancel this event due to extreme weather or other emergencies. Transfers are not allowed for this event.

Age Group Registration

If you are registering as an individual age group triathlete, please select the age group you will be in effective December 31, 2012.
